The Design to Manufacture process is an integral part of Grenville’s core values.
Customers benefit from the knowledge and insight provided by our skilled team of designers combining over 70 years of industry experience.
Utilising the latest 2D AutoCAD and 3D Solidworks software, our expert designers can convert simple drawings into 3D designs aligning with customer requirements.
We optimise customer designs to produce the most cost effective method of manufacturing whilst adhering to strict regulations and customer standards.
Our highly technical design solutions have the capability to efficiently transfer data directly to the CNC Laser and Punch streamlining the production process.
A dedicated design engineer is allocated to manage individual projects from concept to the approval stage. Utilising our state of the art 2D and 3D software and our design to manufacture experience, we can quickly turn your concept into a realistic design – which can be visualized and collaborated through the 3D platform. A full set of controlled drawings can be provided to our clients at the approval stage.
Our designer always ensures the most cost effective methods of manufacturing are considered in prototyping. Jigs and fixtures can be created in house to ensure parts are made to a high standard at the initial phase of the production process.
A core part of the fabrication process involves our advanced laser cutting machines.
On site we have 3 Trumpf laser machines which provide precision cutting technology ensuring that parts are cut to customer specification.
The Trumpf lasers combine power and speed for a superior finish, first time every time.
